Return Policy
We regret that you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, and we are happy to accept returns on most new items within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- You have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you, and if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept any items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.
- We will not accept items returned without a proper return request.
- We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs are at your own expense.
- Please be sure to inspect the returned item carefully before sending it. We are not responsible for returns of non-SONGSNEAKER products.
Return Process
- If you need to return an item, please contact our website’s customer service and explain the item you want to return and why.
- If your item meets the return criteria, we will send you return instructions. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item to be returned in the original packaging.
- You want to send the package to your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will refund your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is issued.

Return Address
If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
